The Story
Why I Started Pingaxs —
And Why Institutions.
I didn't start a branding agency because I wanted to make logos. I started because I was watching something that quietly bothered me for years — great schools and hospitals in India, completely invisible.
Not because their work was poor. The opposite. Some of the best educators, most dedicated doctors, most committed institutions — invisible online, invisible in the community, losing students and patients to places that just looked better.
That gap — between actual quality and perceived quality — that's where I decided to work.
"A school that's been shaping children for 40 years should not be losing admissions to one that opened last year and has a better Instagram. That's a brand problem. And brand problems have solutions."
I started Pingaxs with two clients — both schools in NCR and Haryana. Both still work with me. Not because I locked them into contracts, but because the work delivered results they could see — in enquiries, in admissions, in how parents spoke about them.
Today, Pingaxs works with schools and hospitals across NCR — Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, Faridabad — and expanding Pan India. Every project is personally led by me. That's not a selling point. That's a standard I refuse to compromise on.
